From now on, I'm dedicating myself to losing weight, yes! And I even started it. It's necessary for both health and aesthetic issues. I started to drink much more water (and I'm running to the toilet throughout the day), to eat half of what I used to eat and to do Leslie Sansone workouts.
As I drink more water, I don't feel my hunger so much and I'm quickly full. I also eat less bread and this helps a lot. In this way, I don't feel myself full to the scuppers, so I don't feel guilty. I cannot diet, so I still eat what is cooked at home, but eat more carefully.
The other thing I do is walking workouts. Leslie Sansone is a great instructor! And the videos are very enjoyable. 2 years ago, with these videos I shrunk 10 cm from my waist and hips in a month, but at that period I forced my body so much (I was also doing pilates and mild weight training) and I injured myself, so I had to give up all these workouts. Now I'm much more in control. Better late than never.
I just do this program on weekdays. I have rehersals with my band at the weekends, so the weekends are my reward days :) But I still keep myself under control.
I started this program on 30th March with 73 kg. / waist: 87 cm. / hips: 112 cm.
And now I'm 71 kg. / waist: 84 cm. / hips: 110 cm. Hurray! Friday is the measurement day :)
