    I learned that the author of this book was a 'PK', a preacher's kid, so he grew up hearing and understanding Christianity intellectually. I can relate to this; I come from a family of 'preachers and teachers'!

    I was reading about their ministry on their website; and that it's not enough to just desire a change in our situation, but "they would need to be totally desperate to experience God's perfect love, possibly in a new or never before understood way."
