Rafflecopter has been so bad recently that I'm planning to switch to another system for my giveaways. Since Rafflecopter became a paid system, it indicated almost its end for me. It is opened very late, the control panel has some major issues, and this morning I saw that the form didn't record the IP addresses unlike the usual way. So, I haven't been able to pick the winner of my giveaway yet, and I don't know how I can pick unless the problem is solved :(
I saw a few various form systems like Rafflecopter, but I'm not sure if they are good, I didn't find some of them very practical. I encountered PromoSimple recently and I want to have a try. What do you think and what else can you suggest?
it piss me of too. you know, they trick us! first they gave it for free and when R used more people, the switched to payed variant..

Yeah, we can still use several options, but it is soooo slow and sometimes it even never shows up :( And as I said, it has major issues :(

Yes, I don't like the Google forms, either. It's difficult.

ReplyDeleteI was going to mention, there was one morning I was on and RC went down. It was down for awhile then came back up and they said they were making changes. Well, one of the changes was there was no box to enter URL's so I though...now that's a cool change. It must just let them know like some of the other forms automatically calculates what you do. Then, I wrote then saying....Wow, no more box to enter URL's...cool" and within 5 minutes, it went down again. This time when it came back up, there was a box but I had already tweeted like it was for many giveaways. I then told them, hope you let the bloggers know there was no box now that you have it back because I just entered a bunch of giveaways thinking that was your new form. They told me that shouldn't have happened....really? Well, it certainly did so I had to go back through everything to try and enter url's again. I was so upset.
ReplyDeleteYep, it too often goes down and comes back; everytime they make change on the system, it becomes worse. I really loved Rafflecopter, but now I doubt that :(
