About the Author:
Jane Bernard has been on The Montel Show talking about intuition. Her first book, Fine Tuning is designed to help people recognize and tune in to their intuition. It can be opened to any page for a sound-bite of insight. Jane's savvy helps people connect with clarity to make empowering Life choices by using their senses with intuition and experience.
Because Jane Bernard is the expert to talk to about intuition, she was asked to write a book about intuitive eating. Based on interviews and observation, this new book talks about eating hot buttons from the dieter's perspective while revealing and explaining how intuitive eaters depend on real tools to stay in control of their eating.
Am I Really Hungry? is the foundation for the successful IntuEating programs. Not only do people ultimately lose weight, but importantly they find themselves. Because most diets are controlling, dieters in general fear a lack of self-control and this fear creates stress. Am I Really Hungry? reveals a way of eating that is not stressful because intuition is a form of being in sync with your body. Using Am I Really Hungry? as a reference helps you stay clear about eating priorities.

THANK YOU SO MUCH :)

Yessssssss, I'm so happy and surprised! My Google PR is 3/10 now! It was 1 and now 3. Thank you soooo much :)

By the way, I saw from your comments that you like the new Rafflecopter form to enter the giveaways. I'm planning to use it in all my giveaways from now on. And I will try to decrease the number of the extra entries as much as possible to make it easy for you.

But I see that some of you don't follow the giveaway rules. Sorry, but I won't tolerate this! I must be fair to everyone. For example, you say you are following my blog, but when I check it, I notice you don't. You say you shared on FB but you don't leave the permalink. In this situation, you can't win. In other words, if the random generator picks your name/entry, you won't be the winner, sorry.

Another thing is that I see some of you try to cheat or something. What I most like in the rafflecopter form is that it shows the IP addresses. And I noticed different names from the same IP in my last giveaway. And you won't be the winner no matter how you try it. I can't accept such a behaviour. Everyone has equal chance and you can't steal their rights. So, please be careful when entering and please don't be so greedy. If it's in your destiny, you'll win it in any situation, even if you have just one entry.

Thanks for reading and thanks for being my lovely followers!

What is Your Clothing Style?

LD203 - Day To Night Dress - Day To Night Dress, Womens Dresses and Tunics, Womens Clothing, Clothing, Accessories, Joe Browns
One of the things that I love doing on internet most is looking at the beautiful dresses, tops, skirts, etc. I love fashion, but I don't follow the trends much. I love wearing what looks best on me.
In my daily life, if I'm at home, I always wear sweat pants or capris and t-shirts and sweatshirts. I like feeling comfortable. If I go out with my friends or go to my rehearsals in the studio, I prefer casual clothing
such as jeans and t-shirts, tops or tunics. By the way, my favorite color is black and 3/4 of my wardrobe consists of black clothes :) And sometimes I wear casual dresses. My favorite dress is my short-sleeved black knee level dress. As shoes, I wear my sneakers or black wedges. Regarding accessories, I used to wear them more often in the past, but now I don't often wear accessories (I mean necklace, ring, earrings, etc).
Of course, things change when I have a concert with my band. I have a different wardrobe for my stage costumes. (For those who don't know, I'm the singer of a Turkish symphonic/gothic metal band). And yes, all of them are black :) I have long dresses, satin trousers, shorts, skirts, strappy bodies and some accessories such as chokers, wristlets and rings. I also wear long or short black boots with wedge or heel. I must look very good on the stage.
So, tell me what you wear in your daily life or special occasions. What do you prefer? Casual or formal?

Catch the Festival Fever with Festival Essentials

Summer is the festival season and we are surrounded by the music, entertainment, food and fun! There are tons of festivals to attend around the globe and whether you are one-day or sleepover type of festival person, there are some things you must not forget to bring with you when joining this kind of events.
As we know, most festivals last for days and you need to stay there to see all of your favorite musicians and bands. So, first of all you need a good and firm tent for camping on the festival area. If you don't have one, where will you sleep? :) Also, you must bring your sleepwear or sweatshirt & sweat pants, whichever you prefer, to sleep comfortably. Besides, of course you know that you must have some additional clothing. During the day, you may sweat, and during the night, you may feel chilly. You can't know the weather!
Mentioning the weather, although we are in summer, one of the mostly encountered cases is rain. I know many people's fun times were ruined, because they didn't take the necessary precautions. So, I recommend you to bring your raincoat and rain boots and an umbrella. And there is the sun fact during the day. You must bring a sunscreen with high SPF. You don't want to have sunburn, do you?
Of course a high-quality camera is a must. So, you can take pictures and record videos of your favorite bands and tell your friends "Yes, I was there!" :).
Above all, bringing liters of cold water in a flask is very vital. There will certainly be stands who sell food and beverage, but as far as I know, in such places everything is more expensive. Thus, keeping the water at a reachable place is more advantageous ;)
If you love festivals and want to buy all the essentials, see the selection. HAPPY FESTIVALS!

ABOUT THE GIVEAWAYS!

I'd like to ask you something. Maybe you noticed that I started using Rafflecopter form for my last giveaway. And I'd like to know your opinion which way you prefer; Rafflecopter form, or the traditional comment way? Of course, both of them have advantages and disadvantages, for example, comment way is more time-consuming while Rafflecopter doesn't show up sometimes and there is a problem with the daily tweet option. So which one do you like most?
Also, how many extra entries would you prefer? Do you like them to be more, or less? Thanks for your comments!

Quick Update :)

I've been very busy this week, so I couldn't update my blog much. I've taken a long translation project, I worked day and night and I've just finished it. Also, we have a concert on Thursday in a university feast with my band! Wish us luck :)
