Blogs with .com Extension - I have a problem :(

For about 1 week, I can't open some blogs which have .com extension. I wait for it to open, but in the end, I encounter an error message that the web page cannot be viewed (Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown error). I tried firefox, internet explorer and chrome, but none of them worked. Do any of you have such a problem? What should I do to open these blogs? 1 week ago, I had no such problem :( If you have any idea to help me, I'd be grateful...
