*** REVIEW: Jadjus Jewelry ***
When I caught the chance of cooperating with this nice Etsy store Jadjus Jewelry, I was very happy, because as you know, I love jewelry, so does my mom, and I picked this pair of beautiful Blue Green Boro Glass Lampwork Earrings ($28.00 value) to review.
PS: The model in the picture is my mom :)
I love the way of packaging, it's cute! Like a candy!
Looking wonderful with the blue background!
My mother really loved them and kept them for herself :)
The workmanship of the beads is high-quality and also the way that the artisan combines them with silver and crystals is very nice. You can say it easily. The mix of the colors is wonderful. My mother wears glasses to be able to see, but she said that the earrings looked very elegant and unique even without the glasses, so I agree with her. I can confess that these are one of the best earrings I have ever received. Sterling silver was used in these earrings and it didn't make the ears of mom itchy. This is the biggest problem in ear jewelry and she didn't experience this. If I wore them, I would imagine the combination as blue jeans & turquoise blouse.
- Teal Aqua Lampwork Earrings = $26.00
- Dolphin Earrings = $36.00
- Ivory Lampwork Earrings = $25.00

Suffering from Back Pain
I was born with spinal curvature, which is also known as scoliosis, and I have had much difficulty in nearly all of the physical activities throughout my entire life. I could not take part in most physical education lessons and I compulsorily received report to be held exempted from these lessons at school. My back pain was always killing me. Even if I just did a somersault, I would have laid on bed for a week. So, I chose to avoid from the things thet would require physical power. But I understood that this was a mistake. As the years passed, my scoliosis got worse and worse, and the last time I saw my x-ray film, I was really afraid of myself; my spine was a real "S" letter!
I have to admit that I do not really love physical exercises or powerful activities, but we have to act and move. I also have sciatica and herniated disc, so think about me! I knew I had to something to ease my pain, because my back was aching and burning like a hell (it still aches, but I will share with you a few points that I do to decrease the level of pain).
- First, get rid of your extra pounds. Overweight applies pressure to your spin and this makes you carry so much burden. Your movements decelerate and you start to bend forward when you walk, because you cannot carry your weight. So, start the work by losing weight.
- Then, always try to stand upright. If you stoop, this will give you more pain, but if you stand erect, you will take the excessive pressure from your spin and will relax it.
- Try not to carry heavy bags, items, equipment, etc. This will make you uncomfortable because of the pressure on your backbone. If possible, try to use wheeled bag for heavy stuff. And never directly bend down to take up anything from the floor. Just kneel down.
- Avoid doing excessive exercise and weight training and also floor/mat exercise such as doing crunches. I know it from my own eexperiences. Whenever I use dumbles or do mat exercise, I am nearly hospitalized and cannot turn back to my physical exercises for a long time. So, this also demoralizes me. Do the exercises while you are standing; you will also lose more weight in this way as this keeps your legs working. Also, do some back-supporting exercises which your doctor can suggest or which you can find on the internet.
- Lastly, do not walk slowly, yes! If I walk slowly, I have an unbelievable type of ache on my shoulders and my back, but if I walk fast, I don't feel uncomfortable. Interesting, but real. And of course, do not walk for many long hours, do not tire your body.
As long as you pay attention to your daily routine, your back pain level will decrease and you will have a normal and healthy life.
* This is a sponsored post for Healthy Back, however, all the points and views are my own.

Good Old Summer
Summer is slowly saying goodbye to us and we need to prepare for the autumn. For the last few days, rain, wind and thunder have started in my city, but the weather is still warm and somehow hot. I actually like warm weather, not too hot, not too cold, but there is the reality of the seasons and we need to prepare for them. So, what should we wear for this type of "mid" weather? We can't wear very light or very thick clothes, we need to find an average outfit. So, I picked some nice clothings for you, I hope you like them.
* All the ideas and opinions expressed are my own. No monetary compensation was received for doing this post, however, I will be provided with a gift card.
There are tons of these beautiful clothings at Maxnina.

COCO FASHION - Japanese Asian Korean Fashion Clothing
I really love beautiful clothes. Who don't? Actually I'm not a fashion freak, but as a woman, I try to get dressed nicely and in a way that will beautify me much more. So, I love discovering new stores on the internet. I have just stumbled upon Coco Fashion, an online store selling Korean fashion woman clothing, bags and shoes. They have tons of great categories such as dresses, blouses, tunics, t-shirts, shirts, blazers, jackets, hoodies, cardigans, jumpsuits, skirts, pants & leggings, sweaters, coats, bags, shoes, and night lingerie. There is also the sale category where you can find discounted pieces.
You can make payment via paypal, credit card, bank transfer, and Western Union. And the shipping fee is very reasonable as well as the product prices. Also, they ship worldwide with no minimum order! In addition, you can benefit from the discounts they offer. When you buy 10-20 items, they offer 10% off on item price; when you buy 21-50 items, they offer 15% off on item price. I'm sure you will want to purchase from this shop, because they are very economical.
